While there's always someone cheaper, beware of prices that seem too good. Cheap repairs often involve subpar parts and more damage. We use top-quality parts, uphold the highest standards, and back our work with warranty.
Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our premium displays. We stand behind the quality of our screens to ensure peace of mind for the life of your device.
Apple does not manufacture parts. Their parts are bought from Chinese vendors. Many of the parts we use come from similar vendors — manufactured to the same strict OEM specifications.
Absolutely. Book the diagnostic service and bring your phone in. A technician will diagnose it the same day and quote you before beginning any work.
Do not turn the phone on — that can cause a short circuit. Bring it in for our water damage service. Our chances of repair increase the sooner we receive it.
Our water damage repair service has no warranty on the parts fixed or replaced during the course of the repair.
Almost all repairs can be completed while you wait in 60 minutes or less. Water damage and diagnostic services are the exceptions.
Data loss is extremely rare, but we recommend a backup before any repair to safeguard against potential loss.

Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! He was out when I arrived, but as soon as I rang him to say I was there, he came straight away and opened the shop for me — amazing service from the start. He collected my phone, fixed it in less than an hour, and personally dropped it back to me, which was so convenient. What really stood out was how genuine and trustworthy he was.
