Why we do this. For a lot of people in High Wycombe and across Buckinghamshire, a phone is not a luxury. It is how you keep your Universal Credit account up to date, attend appointments, apply for work and talk to family. Benefits discount questions

How much is the benefits discount? +

10% off phone and tablet screen repairs and back glass replacement, up to £20 off per repair. For example, that is around £5 off a £49.99 iPhone screen, or around £7 off a £69.99 premium screen. The discount is taken off the repair price when you pay.

Which benefits qualify? +

Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Attendance Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), Income Support, Housing Benefit and Carer's Allowance. State Pension and Child Benefit on their own do not qualify.

What do I need to show? +

Your latest Universal Credit statement in the app or online account, or a current award letter for one of the other qualifying benefits, showing your name. We may ask to see photo ID so the name matches. Showing it on your phone is fine.

Do you keep a copy of my benefit details? +

No. We just take a quick look to confirm you qualify and hand it straight back. We do not photograph, copy or store your statement or award letter, and we do not ask about your circumstances.

Which repairs does it cover? +

Screen repairs on phones and tablets, including budget, premium and original screens, plus back glass replacement. Other repairs such as batteries, charging ports and cameras are at our normal prices, which we already keep as low as we can.

Can I use it with the doorstep service? +

Yes. Book a doorstep visit and show your statement or award letter to the technician when they arrive. The 10% comes off the repair itself. The doorstep service charge is not discounted.

Can I combine it with other offers? +

The benefits discount cannot be combined with other discounts, such as the student discount or a promo code. You still get the free screen protector with your screen repair, and our usual warranty, free diagnostic and no fix no fee.
