Please note that Instant Mobile Fix cannot be held liable in the event of any data loss on your device as either a direct or indirect result of the repair process on your device.

Can my phone be repaired while I wait in one of your locations?

Almost all repairs can be completed while you wait in 60 minutes or less by one of our experienced technicians. The only repair that cannot be completed while you wait is the water damaged or Diagnostic service.

Are your parts Original Apple or OEM?

Apple Inc. does not manufacture any parts. They are only a design and engineering company. The parts Apple uses in the iPhone are bought from Chinese vendors and assembled in China.Many of the parts we use come from similar vendors in China. So although we cannot claim that our parts are “from Apple”, they are manufactured to the same strict OEM specifications and we are often unable to tell the difference.

So I tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it semi unassembled. Can I bring it to you and have you finish the repair?

Absolutely, we do that all the time for customers. Please book the diagnostic service and bring your phone in. A Phone technician will call diagnose it the same day and provide you with a quote before beginning any work on your iPhone.

What should I do if my device falls in water or another liquid?

First and foremost, do not attempt to turn the phone on as that can cause a serious short circuit. Next bring the device in for our water damaged service. Our chance at repairing the phone increases substantially the sooner we receive it.

Do you offer a warranty on the water damage service?

Our water damage phone repair service has no warranty on the parts fixed or replaced during the course of the repair.
