I travelled all the way from Amersham to visit this mobile shop in High Wycombe, and it was definitely worth the journey. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! He was out when I arrived, but as soon as I rang him to say I was there, he came straight away and opened the shop for me — amazing service from the start. He collected my phone, fixed it in less than an hour, and personally dropped it back to me, which was so convenient. What really stood out was how genuine and trustworthy he was. He didn’t rush me for payment or act greedy at all. Instead, he said I could pay after the repair, just in case it wasn’t fixed properly — which shows how confident and honest he is about his work. When he returned my phone, he even told me to let him know if anything wasn’t right. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. Super friendly, reliable, and professional — I’d 100% recommend him to anyone. 10/10 service!
I recently had my iPhone 16 Pro Max screen replaced at this shop, and I’m really impressed with the service. The staff were professional, quick, and clearly knew what they were doing. I pre-booked an appointment and was delighted by the service provided to have the battery in my mobile phone replaced. I was treated courteously, offered sensible advice on how to avoid this scenario occurring again in the future and was more than happy to pay the price to have my phone safe and working properly once more. They even offered me advice on where to park my car. Knowledgeable, prompt and trustworthy.
