Can my phone be repaired while I wait?
Most repairs are completed while you wait in 60 minutes or less by one of our experienced technicians at our High Wycombe shop. The only exceptions are water damage and diagnostic services, which may take longer.

I found a repair for cheaper. Why should I choose Instant Mobile Fix?

Are your parts Original Apple or OEM?
Apple Inc. doesn't sell parts directly to repair shops so no repairer anywhere can offer genuine Apple parts. We use high-quality OEM components that meet or exceed original standards, giving you a reliable repair at a fair price.

I tried fixing my iPhone myself and it's semi-disassembled. Can you finish the repair?
Absolutely, we do this all the time! Just book a diagnostic service and bring your device in to our High Wycombe shop. Our technicians will assess where things are and take it from there.

What should I do if my device falls in water?
Do not try to turn it on, this can cause a serious short circuit and make the damage much worse. Remove the SIM card, keep the device dry, and bring it to us as soon as possible. The quicker you act, the better the chances of a successful repair.

Do you offer a warranty on water damage repairs?
Water damage repairs are unpredictable by nature, so we don't offer a warranty on parts fixed or replaced during the repair. We'll always be upfront with you about what we can and can't guarantee before any work begins.

Will I lose my data?
Data loss during a repair is extremely rare, but we always recommend backing up your device beforehand just to be safe. Our technicians take every precaution to protect your data, however we cannot be held liable for data loss resulting from the repair process.
