Instant Mobile Fix provides 12-month warranty for all repairs, we complete. Some repairs will have 90-day warranty.

Our Warranty excludes:

There are some exclusions to your coverage.

• Misuse or accidental damage including physical or liquid damage.

• Issues which have no links to the completed work i.e if Instant Mobile Fix complete a battery replacement on your device, an issue relating to your charging port would not be covered.

• Devices which have been opened without our knowledge.

• Software issues, malware issues and viruses.

• Loss of data. (We advise that backed-up your device prior to repair)

• Water damaged phones. These are repaired for purpose of data recovery.

• Phones where permission to access your phone is not granted.

If the repair falls outside the terms of your warranty/guarantee, then you may get charge for the repair.
We must receive your device within 7 working days, once a fault with our repair work has been reported to us.
Claiming your warranty does not renew your warranty and this will always remain as the original date of your first repair.
